ZTE has announced its latest premium flagship smartphone ZTE Axon 9 Pro at the IFA 2018 event in Berlin. The Axon 9 Pro is the successor to the Axon 7 Pro, that was launched in 2016. The key highlights of the smartphone include a notched display, dual rear cameras, and a huge 4000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 and wireless charging. The Axon 9 Pro features a 6.21″-inch FHD+ (2248×1440 pixels) 18.7:9 AMOLED display with a notch on the top and is also HDR 10 compatible. The phone is protected with a 2.5D glass back with IP68 certified [—water-resistant and dust-proof ]. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with Adreno 630 GPU. For memory configurations, it comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, there’s also option to expand the storage via MicroSD. Coming to the camera department, the Axon 9 Pro sports a vertically placed dual rear camera setup consisting of a 12-megapixel primary sensor with 1/2.6″ Sony IMX363 sensor, f/1.75 aperture, 1.4µm pixel size, LED flash, Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) along with a 20-megapixel secondary sensor with 130° wide-angle lens. while on the front, it houses a 20-megapixel selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.
