Last week, SHARP has launched its latest flagship smartphone— the SHARP Aquos Zero with in-house OLED display, in Japan. The company debuts in an OLED panel production i.e first ever designed and manufactured OLED Panel.

The Aquos Zero features a 6.22-inch WQHD+ (2992 x 1440 pixels) OLED display with a huge notch on the top, having 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio and covers 100% DCI-P3 color space as well as Dolby Vision support. Also, it features IP68 certified i.e water-resistant and dust-proof. In terms of the smartphone build, it is built on the Magnesium alloy frame with kevlar back, that reduces the smartphone weight. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SOC coupled with Adreno 630 GPU to handle the graphics smoother. Memory-wise, the Aquos Zero comes with 6 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of internal storage with non-expandable. For the Software front, the phone will come with Android 9.0 Pie operating system.
Coming to the camera, even though it’s a flagship model but it comes with a single rear camera. Now-a-days the budget smartphone also comes with dual rear cameras, so it might be downgraded. let’s move on to camera specs, the Aquos Zero sports a 22.6-megapixel rear camera with f/1.9 aperture and OIS support and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The front camera also supports for Face unlock and it also has a circular shaped Fingerprint sensor on the rear for added security options.
For audio, it comes loaded with the stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio support. The handset is fueled by 3,130mAh battery with Sharp’s parallel charging system, that uses two charging ICs to reduce the heat while charging. Also, the smartphone comes with heat dissipation technology for cooling the smartphone quickly.

Pricing and Availability:
The Huawei Y9 2019 comes in Black color coated an Aramid Fiber back with Magnesium Alloy chassis on the side panel. The pricing of the smartphone not yet revealed and should be should be available soon. It will available in Japan starting by the end of this year.
