Today, OPPO has launched its latest mid-range smartphone under the A series called the OPPO A3 in China.The main highlight of the A3 is its design, which features an iPhone X like notch at the top, multi-layered metallic and glass back cover with triangular-cut patterns around the back. In addition to, it uses ‘nano-scale microcrystalline’ tech to provide a diamond effect in color patterns.


The A3 features a 6.2″-inch Full HD+ (2280×1080) display with 19:9 aspect ratio,powered by a MediaTek Helio P60 Octa-core processor, paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of Internal storage,which can be expandable storage up to 256GB via a microSD and runs on Android 8.1 Oreo with ColorOS 5.0 on top.In the optics, it sports a single 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.The front camera also supports Face Unlock that can unlock the phone in just 0.08 seconds.But sadly it doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor.The phone packs a 3400mAh battery.

The OPPO A3 comes in Black, Silver, Red and Rose Gold colors and is priced at 1999 yuan (US$ 315 / Rs. 21,020 approx.) for a limited period of time, after that, it will be priced 2,099 yuan. It is already now available to pre-order in China.
