Soon after announcing the LG G7 One and G7 Fit in South Korea, LG on today launched its new mid-range smartphone under Q-Series in India called the LG Q7– is the successor to the last year’s launched Q6. The key highlights of the smartphone include a FullVision Display, MediaTek SOC, IP68 Rated [water-resistance and dust-proof] and a military-grade MIL-STD 810G standard durability.
The LG Q7 features a 5.5″-inch FHD+ (2160 x 1080 pixels) IPS FullVision display with an 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.5GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6750S Processor paired with Mali-T860 GPU and comes in 3GB RAM along with 32GB Internal storage, which can be further expandable storage up to 2TB with MicroSD. The phone runs on Android 8.0 Oreo with LG’s custom UI on top.
Coming to the camera department, the Q7 sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/1.6 aperture, PDAF [Phase Detection Auto-Focus], and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The phone features IP68 Rated [water-resistance and dust-proof ] and a military-grade MIL-STD 810G Standard Certified. The handset packs a 3,000mAh battery with Fast Charging support.
