After launched the LG G7+ ThinQ in India, LG has now announced their two new smartphones under G-Series called the LG G7 One and LG G7 Fit, in South Korea. It will be showcased at the IFA 2018 event starts this week, in South Korea. Both these two smartphones feature FullVision LCD SuperBright display, IP68 Rated [water-resistance and dust-proof] and the military-grade MIL-STD 810G standard durability, Boombox Speakers and Hi-Fi Quad DAC.
LG G7 One: A Powerful Android One Smartphone!
The LG G7 One is the company’s first Android One initiative, which means it will be running on a Stock version of Android instead of LG’s Custom UI. The G7 One features a 6.1″-inch QHD+ (3120 x 1440 pixels) IPS FullVision LCD Super Bright display with notch and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor coupled with Adreno 540 GPU and comes in 4GB RAM along with 32GB [UFS 2.1] storage, which can be further expandable storage up to 2TB with MicroSD. Coming to the camera department, the G7 One sports a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, f/1.6 aperture, 71° wide-angle lens, and an 8-megapixel front camera with f/1.9 aperture, 80° wide-angle lens. The phone runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) powered by Android One Program, which means it will timely get regular software updates and security patches compared to non-Android One smartphones. It packs a 3,000mAh battery with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 3.0 Technology [i.e, up to 50% charge in just 30 mins] which is similar to its G7 ThinQ.
LG G7 Fit
Along with G7 One, LG also announced the LG G7 Fit Smartphone. The G7 Fit has shared almost the same sets of specifications from the G7 One. Unlike it is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 831 Processor coupled with Adreno 530 GPU. The G7 Fit comes in two storage configurations— 32GB or 64GB [UFS 2.1] Storage with the same 4GB RAM option. On the software, it runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) with LG’s custom UI on top.
