Soon after launching the LG Q7 mid-range smartphone in India, LG on today launched a new entry-level budget smartphone in India called the LG Candy. The Candy comes with changeable back covers that let one ‘Live Now, Live Colourful’. It comes with default back cover as a black color option and is also offering three additional covers – Blue, Silver, and Gold color options.
LG Candy: Cheapest Smartphone!
The Candy features a 5″-inch HD+ (1,280 x 720 pixels ) On-Cell display with 16:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by a quad-core processor[—clocked at 1.3 GHz] coupled with 2 GB RAM and 16GB Internal storage, which has room to expand the storage up to 32GB via MicroSD. The phone runs on Android 7.1.2 Nougat OS. In the camera department, it sports an 8-megapixel camera at the rear and a 5-megapixel camera on the front. Both the front and rear feature a ‘Flash Jump Shot’ that captures a picture every three seconds [up to 20 photos] and stitches the images together into a fun GIF for easy sharing. [—LG claims]. It packs a 2,500 mAh removable battery.
